摘  要:目的比较温石棉与3种天然代用矿物纤维粉尘的体外细胞毒性,评价3种粉尘安全性。方法首先比较温石棉及代用纤维的化学组分、在悬液中的性质,其次进行巨噬细胞培养,以细胞死亡率、乳酸脱氢酶及超氧化物歧化酶活力及丙二醛含量变化来观察温石棉与代用纤维的毒性。结果温石棉与纤维水镁石因含较高的OH-表现出较强的细胞毒性,纤维坡缕石含较低的OH-表现出较低的细胞毒性,斜发沸石未含有OH-而未表现出细胞毒性。结论在温石棉的3种代用纤维中,斜发沸石对肺泡巨噬细胞是安全的。Objective To comparatively study the cytotoxicities of chrysotile arid three natural substituent mineral fiber dusts in vitro and evaluate their hazardousness. Methods Chemical compositions of chrysotile and mineral fiber dusts were analyzed and compared first. The properties in liquid suspension were observed. Their macrophages were cultured in vitro, the cell death rates, malondialdehyde (MDA), lactate dehydrogenate(LDH), and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities in the cultured cells of different groups were taken as the indexes to assess the cytotoxicities of chrysotile and three substituent mineral fiber dusts. Results Fibrous brucite and chrysotile showed high cytotoxicity due to their high OH contents, and fibrous palygorskite showed lower cytotoxicity due to its lower OH- content, while tabulate clinoptilolite did not show cytotoxicity due to having no OH-. Conclusions Compared with three natural substituent mineral fiber dusts of chrysotile, tabulate clinoptilolite was safety to pulmonary alveolar macrophage.
