华佳8号砧木高接对接穗生长结果的影响初探

摘　　要：以华佳8号为砧木高接不同葡萄品种,以嫁接粉红亚都蜜为对照,旨在探明其嫁接后砧木对接穗生长、结果的影响。结果表明,高接成活率由高到低依次为:红宝石无核>沪-Ⅱ>沪培2号>粉红亚都蜜>申丰,分别为50.7%、46.7%、44.0%、37.3%和12.0%;从生长状况分析,砧木和接穗的枝蔓粗度差异不显著,枝蔓最粗的是红宝石无核和沪培2号,分别比对照高出0.20cm和0.15cm。红宝石无核的萌芽率最高,为98.0%,其余3个品种均在86%以上,差异不显著。沪培2号、沪-Ⅱ的每个结果枝上有1.7～2.0个花序,红宝石无核的花序带有卷须,与对照相似。The experiment was carried out for the study on the effects of Huajia No.8, used as high-grafting rootstock, on the growth of several grapevine scion varieties, in which grafted trees of Yatomi Rosa was used as control. The results showed that the survival percentages of Flame Seedless, Hu-Ⅱ, Hupei No.2, Yatomi Rosa, Shenfeng were 50.7%, 46.7%, 44.0%, 37.3% and 12.0%, respectively. There was no obvious difference between the diameters of the branches and tendrils of Huajia No.8 and scion cultivars. Hupei No.2 and Hu-Ⅱ grew relatively more vigorously shown form their branches that were 0.20cm and 0.15cm longer in diameter than that of the control. The sprouting percentage （98.0%） of Flame Seedless was the highest and those of the other varieties were all higher above 86%. There were 1.7-2.0 inflorescences on bearing branches of Hupei No.2 and Hu-Ⅱ. The inflorescences of Flame Seedless had tendril, which was a similar character as Yatomi Rosa.
