摘　　要：投资是引发经济频繁波动的重要根源。设计投资监测指数,对投资运行和波动状况进行监测,对于实施宏观经济调控,化解宏观经济风险有着重要的现实意义。本文从投资的规模、资金、价格、保障四个方面选取若干指标,构造了投资监测指数。该指数分别以红灯、黄灯、绿灯、浅蓝灯、蓝灯代表投资过热、偏热、正常、偏冷和过冷五个状态,通过判断投资所处的景气灯号区间,来对投资运行进行实时而全面的监测,有效地避免了使用单一指标衡量导致结果剧烈变动情形的发生,提高了判断的准确性和前瞻性。Because investment in fixed assets is a major source leading to frequent fluctuations in the macro-economy,designing the monitoring index of investment in fixed assets and monitoring the situation and fluctuations, not only has a theoretical value, but also has a strong practical significance. In this paper, we select a number of indicators from the scale, capital, price and coordination aspects of investment in fixed assets, and construct the monitoring index of investment in fixed assets. The monitoring index uses red light, yellow light, green light, light blue light and blue light on behalf of the overheating state, partial heat state, normal state, cool state and cold state of the investment in fixed assets. Through judging the range of economic signals, you can timely and comprehensively monitor the changes in investment. It effectively avoided the drastic changes of the results by using a single indicator to measure, to improve the accuracy and foresightness of the judge.
