摘　　要：分体式钢箱梁结构形式新颖,可借鉴的成功制造经验较少。依据西堠门大桥施工技术要求,将分体式钢箱梁划分为若干制造单元,采用统一的制造、组装基准,完成单元的制造;并以合理的整体组焊工艺技术组焊成整体,运用工艺补偿技术控制并减小组焊过程中的变形;进而有效地控制分体式钢箱梁的几何精度,形成一套完整的分体式钢箱梁制造工艺技术。The separate steel box girder is a new structural style,it＇s very difficult to find some successful technique for building.According to construction technology of Xihoumen bridge,the separate steel box girder is divided into some parts,the parts which are made by unified standards are assembled together using the available assemble welding.The deformation of assemble welding is controlled and reduced by repairing technique,then the geometric accuracy of steel box girder is ensured,the full technique about how to build separate steel box girder will be theorized.
