摘　　要：在分析产业技术联盟发展历程的基础上,阐述了开展产业技术联盟试点的目的和内容,并提出了开展产业技术联盟试点的评价方法及指标,为各产业技术联盟的组建提供了实用性参考。On the basis of analyzing the development of industrial technology alliance,we elucidate the purpose and content for the trial of industrial technology alliance.Also,we propose the corresponding evaluation method and guide line.This would provide practical references for the construction of any industrial technology alliance.
