摘 要:基于在某些大型复杂设备的实际构造,考虑了备件在系统可靠性提升中的作用。通过分析系统的工作状态和对应的可靠度值,给出了相同条件下指数分布的m备n部件可靠性计算方法。考虑到不同条件下其他分布计算的复杂性,通过对组成系统的所有部件的寿命抽样仿真,以及系统所有部件状态的跟踪和更换,依据系统正常和故障状态的判据,给出了m备n部件可靠性仿真方法。通过实例,定量的说明了备件对系统的可靠度的提高程度,也佐证了m备n部件可靠性仿真方法的正确性。On the actual structure of large-scale complex systems, effectiveness of spare parts is considered in improving system reliability. Through analyzing active states of system and calculating corresponding reliability, reliability calculation method is given for m/n parts which all submits the same exponential distribution. Considering different conditions and distributions, an universal method is needed. Through sampiing of disabled time for all parts, tracking the state of all parts and judging the state of the system, a Monte Carlo method of m/n parts reliability is obtained. Finally, an instance of reliability calculation and simulation quantitatively shows the effectiveness of spare parts in improving system reliability, and it suggests the brevity and trueness of Monte Carlo method of m/n parts reliability.
