5S管理法在门诊耳鼻喉科器械管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究5S管理法在门诊耳鼻喉科器械管理中的应用效果,推进护理管理科学化、规范化。方法:①总结一年来器械准备时间,有效使用率,过期物品重复消毒件数,遗失量等。②引进5S管理理念应用到门诊耳鼻喉器械管理中,制订细则,实行专人负责制。一年后再进行相同项目比较。结果:引进5S管理理念后在器械规范放置率、有效使用率、过期物品重复消毒率、器械遗失率等方面较之前均有明显改善。结论:5S管理法能有效提高门诊耳鼻喉器械管理质量和有效利用率、减少遗失等,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the effects of 5S management implemented in the instrument adminstration of ENT （Ear, Nose and Throat） out-patient department and promote scientific and standardized management. Methods： Firstly, summarized instrument preparation time, the rate of efficient instrument use, the repeated disinfection amount of expiry goods and loss volume during one year. Secondly, 5S management was performed in the instrument administration in ENT out-patient department. Routines were carried out and persons were in charge of it. Two groups were compared in these departments after one year. Results： There were significant differences in the respects of rate of standardized instrument placed, the rate of efficient use, the rate of repeated disinfection of expiry goods and loss rate of instument after implementation of 5S management. Conclusion： The application of 5S management can effectively promote the quality of equipment administration and the rate of efficient use in ENT out-patient department,reduce the loss. Therefore, it is worth popularized.
