四妙丸加扶他林片治疗老年膝关节滑膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察四妙丸加扶他林片口服治疗老年膝关节滑膜炎临床疗效。方法94例门诊老年膝关节滑膜炎患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组:治疗组46例,四妙丸、扶他林片口服。对照组48例,扶他林片口服,两组均连续治疗4周后观察评定疗效。结果治疗组治愈占67.4%,总有效率为98%;对照组治愈占48%,总有效率为89.4%。两组有效率和总有效率比较差异有统计学显著意义(P<0.05)。结论四妙丸加扶他林片治疗老年膝关节滑膜炎疗效明显优于单纯扶他林片。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of simiao pills plus voltaren tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with gonarthromeningitis. Methods Ninety-four elderly outpatient whit gonarthromeningitis were randomly divides into two groups according to visiting sequence. The treatment group （46 patients） were treated by oral administration of simiuo pills plus voharen tablets. The control group （48 patients） were treated by oral administration of voharen tablets alone. Their curative effects were observed after 4 weeks of continuous therapy. Results The cure rate of treatment group was 67. 4%, total effective rate was 98% ; the cure rate of control group was 48%, the total effective rate was 89. 4%. There were significant difference in the cure rate and total effective rate between＂ two groups （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of simiao pills plus voltaren tablets in the reatment of elderly patients with gonarthromeningitis is significantly better than that of voharen tablets alone.
