摘　　要：把脉当前城市低保工作中的主要问题,探讨加强低保户审批问题把好入口关、规范入户调查内容建立责任追究制度、科学核定收入妥善解决新问题、准确界定"保"与"不保"界限建立健全低保管理制度等城市低保规范化管理的具体处方。Major problems of urban lowest living security work are examined. To strengthen the standard management of the work, we should scrutinize the qualification of low - income family, normalize household survey content, set up a responsibility investigation system, scientifically check and ratify a family＇ s income and properly deal with the problems in the practice.
