母婴同室产妇健康教育需求调查与分析

摘　　要：目的对母婴同室产妇健康教育需求进行调查与分析，使产妇在住院期间接受系统、规范、科学的健康教育。方法设计调查表，采用半结构式访谈法对190名产妇进行健康教育需求调查。结果产妇对新生儿健康教育需求前3位依次是：母乳喂养知识（71．6％）、脐带护理（56．8％）、新生儿生理情况（55．8％）。产妇对自身健康教育需求前3位依次是：会阴或腹部伤口（90．5％）、饮食知识（71．6％）、乳房护理（60．0％）。丈夫参与健康教育，可有效提高纯母乳喂养率（χ^2=4．968，P〈0．05）。结论母婴同室产妇健康教育要根据产妇的需求，做到有重点、有目的、有计划的进行，采取灵活多变的方式，满足产妇的需求，同时要注重对家庭成员尤其是丈夫进行健康教育，才能保证母婴健康，提高服务质量，提高母乳喂养率。Objective To investigate and analyze requirement of health education of direct rooming in puerperae, so as to provide puerperae systematic, normalized and scientific health education in their hospital stay. Methods A questionnair was designed and 190 puerperae were asked to answer the questionnire about requirement of health education in semi-structural talking method. Results The first three requirements of puerperae for health educaiton in neonatology were knowledges of breasffeeding, umbilical cord care and physiology of the neonate, and proportions of the puerperae were 71.6%, 56.8% and 55.8% respectively. And the first three requirements of puerperae for themselves＇ health education were knowledges of wound in perineum or abdomen, knowledge of postoperative diet of the puerperae and breast care, and proportions of the puerperae were 90.5% , 71.6% and （60.0%） respectively. Their husbands＇ participating in health education could improve exclusive breasffeeding rate （χ^2 = 4. 968, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The health education for direct rooming in puerperae should be based on detailed requirement of the puerpera. And it should be conducted with emphasis, aim, plan and in flexible ways to meet puerpera＇ s requirement. Meanwhile, health education for their family members, especially their husbands should be paid more attention in order to improve exclusive breastfeeding rate to ensure health of mother and the neonate.
