盐酸氨溴索治疗儿童急性上颌窦炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服盐酸氨溴索联合治疗儿童急性上颌窦炎（包括慢性上颌窦炎急性发作）的临床疗效。方法收集西安市儿童医院耳鼻喉科门诊的136例急性上颌窦炎（包括慢性上颌窦炎急性发作）患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组68例，对照组68例。对照组常规给予头孢类抗菌素口服7天；1％呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻，1—2滴／次，3次／天，连用7天。治疗组在对照组用药基础上，加服盐酸氨溴索分散片，用量按1．2～1．6mg·kg^-1·d^-1计算，分2次口服，早晚各1次，连用7天。观察比较盐酸氨溴索治疗儿童急性上颌窦炎（包括慢性上颌窦炎急性发作）的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈15例，显效37例，有效12例，无效4例，总有效率为94．12％。对照组治愈7例，显效26例，有效21例，无效14例，总有效率为79．41％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6．36，P〈0．05），未发现明显副作用。结论1：7服盐酸氨溴索联合治疗儿童急性上颌窦炎（包括慢性上颌窦炎急性发作）有良好疗效。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of oral administration of ambroxol hydrochloride for acute maxillary sinusitis （ including acute onset of chronic maxillary sinusitis） in children. Methods 136 children with acute maxillary sinusitis （including acute onset of chronic maxillary sinusitis） admitted to ENT clinic of Xi＇ an Municipal Children＇ s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 68 children in the control group were given cephalosporin orally, 1% naristillae furacilini and ephedrine all for 7 days, other 68 children in the treatment group were given additional ambroxol hydrochloride tablets for 7 days. The therapeutic effects of children in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.12% in the treatment group, of which 15 children cured, 37 children were effectual for the therapy, 12 children were effective and 4 children were ineffective. In the control group, 7 children cured, 26 children were effectual, 21 children were effective and 14 children were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 79.41%. There was significant difference between the two groups in therapeutic effect （χ^2 =6.36,P 〈0.05）. No overt adverse effects were found. Conclusion Combination of oral administration of ambroxol hydrochloride and routine therapy is significantly effective for acute maxillary sinusitis in children including acute onset of chronic maxillary sinusitis.
