摘  要:故障原因及其产生位置的确定是决定故障诊断系统是否可用的关键因素。文章定义了离散事件系统中故障之间两种类型的因果关系,给出了故障因果图(FSCG)的概念,进一步给出了描述故障之间基于状态和时间约束关系的因果图,基于此,将上述方法应用在某燃气轮机的故障诊断过程中,在对燃气轮机的内部结构进行概述的基础上,结合具体的故障发生情况,给出了其部分故障树结构,进而给出了相应的故障因果关系图,将其应用到实际的故障诊断中,并与传统的故障树方法进行相关对比,证明了该方法的有效性。How to detect and locate the faulty states is the key to determine the effectiveness of fault diagnosis system.This paper defines two types of causality relationship between one fault and another in the Discrete Event System(DES).And it defines a graphic representation method based on state and time restrictions to describe the fault relationship.Based on these,above methods are applied to a marine gas turbine in the process of fault diagnosis.And the internal architecture is summarized and the partial fault tree is given combined with the actual fault occurrence. Then relative fault causality relationship graph is presented. And above graph is applied to real fault diagnosis. Lastly the method is compared with traditional fault tree diagnosis method. The results illustrate that our method is more effectively.
