摘　　要：近几年来,有关老年人和残疾者的居住环境设计已得到社会的普遍关注,鉴于厨房是重要的生活活动场所,故根据他们的生理特征和动作尺度,从安全性和方便性的角度出发,阐述了适宜老年人和残疾者使用的特殊厨房设计。Recently,the society has paid common attention tor the design of residential environment for the old and disabled people. For a kitchen is an important living arena,this article raises a special kitchen design for the old and disabled people,according to their physiological characteristics and motion size and starting form safety and convenience.
