摘　　要：本文阐述了照明光学系统与传统成像光学系统的区别，提出了几种计算照明光学系统照度分布的原理和方法，并给出了一个具体的利用计算机对投影照明光学系统照度分布的模拟分析方法和运算结果。In this paper, the differences between the illumination systems and the traditional imaging systems are explained. In addition, several methods or principles for calculating the intensity distribution of illumination systems are given. At last, an example that uses computer to simulate the intensity distribution of the projection system is given.
