摘 要:发育中的中枢神经系统对电离辐射具有较高的辐射敏感性,孕期受照可引起不同程度的胚胎发育异常。由于中枢神经系统发育的特殊性,处于不同发育阶段的细胞有不同的辐射敏感性,一般来说,照射剂量越大,剂量率越高,效应越显著。本文综合辐射流行病学调查和动物实验两方面资料,就电离辐射对中枢神经系统发育的危害及其机制作一概述,并提出了有待进一步研究的内容。The developing central nervous system (CNS) is highly sensitive to ionizing radiation. Varying degrees of developmental abnormalities was caused by the exposure to ionizing radiation during pregnancy. Due to the specificity of the development of CNS, the radio-sensitivity of the ceils at distinct stages is different. In general, the greater exposure dose, the more significant biological effects will be determined. Based on the analysis of the data from the epidemiological investigation and animal experiment, the detrimental effects of ionizing radiation on the development of CNS and its mechanisms are reviewed. More issues are in need of further research.
