摘 要:目的优选复方贞术调脂胶囊水提液精制方法。方法以总酚酸、总多糖、丹酚酸B含量及总固体得率为指标,比较壳聚糖絮凝法、超滤法和水醇法三种精制方法对复方贞术调脂胶囊水提液的精制效果。结果采用壳聚糖絮凝法进行精制,水提液中丹酚酸B、总多糖及总酚酸转移率较高,分别为90.37%,93.16%,94.39%,总固体得率为31.5%。结论壳聚糖絮凝法工艺简单,有效成分转移率较高,可用于复方贞术调脂胶囊水提液的精制。Objective To optimize the purification procedure of the active components of compound Zhenzhutiaozhi capsule. Methods Chitosan, water-alcohol mixture and ultrafihration were used to purify the components in the capsule. The contents of salvianolic acid B, total salvianolic acids and polysaccharides were used as the index for evaluating the purification efficacy. Results The extract yields of salvianolic acid B, polysaccharides and total salvianolic acids were 90.37% ,93.16% and 94.39% , respectively, when using chitosan to purify the components. The total yield of the solids was 31.5%. Conclusion The process of chitosan was simple, which could be used to purify the active components of compound Zhenzhutiaozhi capsule.
