摘 要:目的测定13个不同产地布渣叶样品中总黄酮含量及其清除自由基活性。方法采用Al(NO3)3-NaNO2-NaOH体系比色法测定总黄酮含量,采用1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH.)、羟自由基(.OH)和超氧自由基(O2.-)等模型测定布渣叶总黄酮清除自由基活性。结果各产地总黄酮含量差异较大,其中以广西来宾样品含量最高,达到了55.22 mg.g-1,平均为27.06 mg.g-1。各产地总黄酮样品均具有清除DPPH.活性,其自由基清除率随供试品总黄酮浓度的增大而提高,呈现一定的量效关系;但其清除.OH和O2.-活性与总黄酮浓度关系不明显。结论不同产地布渣叶总黄酮含量差异较大;各产地布渣叶总黄酮均具有较好的自由基清除活性。Objective To analyze the contents of total flavonoids in Microcos paniculata L. from different habitats and the radical-scavenging activity of total flavonoids. Methods Contents of total flavonoids in the extracts were analyzed by spectrophotometry based on Al( NO3 ) 3-NaNO2-NaOH reaction system, and the radical-scavenging activity towards 1, 1-diphenyl-2-pieryhydrazyl ( DPPH · ) radical, hydroxyl radical ( ·OH) and superoxide anion radical( O2 ) , were determined in vitro. Results Contents of total flavonoids in Microcos paniculata L. varied with habitats and 55. 22 mg·g^-1 was the highest. The average content was 27.06 mg·g^-1. All the samples had radical-scavenging activity against DPPH · , · OH and O2. There was a clear dose-effect relationship between the radical-scavenging activity against DPPH· and the concentration of flavonoids, but no this relationship was found when against · OH and O2. Conclusion Contents of total flavonoids in Microcos paniculata L. varied with habitats, and all the plants have radicalscavenging activity.
