摘 要:目的探讨牛膝脱皮甾酮(achyranthes bidentata ecdysterone,ABE)对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的治疗作用。方法选用8月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分5组:假手术组、去卵巢组、低剂量牛膝脱皮甾酮处理组ABEⅠ、中剂量牛膝脱皮甾酮处理组ABEⅡ、高剂量牛膝脱皮甾酮处理组ABEⅢ,以及α-D3处理组,药物灌胃,治疗3个月后处死大鼠,进行相关的检测。结果高剂量与中剂量ABE能够明显改善去卵巢后大鼠的骨密度与各项生物力学及骨形态计量学指标,低剂量处理组也有一定的治疗作用。结论牛膝脱皮甾酮对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松具有防治作用,并呈剂量依赖性。Objective To study the effect of Achyranthes Bidentata Ecdysterone (ABE) on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods 8-month-old SD female rats were allotted to one of five groups : Sham group, ovariectomized group and the three groups received different doses of ABE respectively for three months. The parameters were measured after the sacrifice of the rats. Results Treatment with high and middle dosage of ABE was capable of improving bone density as well as biological mechanical and bone histomorphometric indexes in ovariectomized rats, while low-dose of ABE was less effective. Conclusion ABE shows effects on treatment of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats in a dose-dependent manner.
