摘　　要：对鞍钢股份有限公司第二炼钢厂RH-TB真空处理装置的核心设备——真空泵的原理进行了分析,根据测定的工作参数,结合理论计算的方法,对真空泵喷嘴设计进行了技术转化。分析了真空泵故障原因,提出了相应的对策,满足了高级别钢种的生产需要。The working principle of the key device,namly the vaccum pump which is equipped with the RH-TB treatment equipment in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.is analyzed.According to the tested operation parameters together with theoretical calculation methods,technology conversion is carried on the vaccum pump nozzles.Meanwhile the reasons leading to the vaccum pump fault are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward so as to meet the requirements for producing steels with high level grades.
