摘  要:利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对超低碳热轧带钢头部分层缺陷进行了检验分析。结果表明,该缺陷产生原因是由于连铸坯喷号剂中含有Cu元素,加热后出现渗铜现象,导致连铸坯头部晶界弱化,在后续的轧制过程中造成轧件头部开裂分层。生产中采取了减小粗轧道次变形量、优化中间坯切头量、降低加热温度等技术措施,避免了该缺陷的产生。By optical microscope and SEM, the lamination defects on ends of ultra - low carbon hot roiled strip are examined and analyzed. The results show that copper existing in the dope for marking a continuous casting slab is cemented after heating, which is the reason leading these defects. Grain boundary on the ends of the slab is weakened and laminations occur on ends of the rolled slab during subsequent rolling operations. Laminations can be avoided by using techniques such as reducing rough roiling deformation, optimizing crop ends of an intermediate slab, reducing slab - heating temperature during the production.
