摘　　要：通过对复杂精馏塔的设计过程进行分析，提出应用夹点技术进行复杂精馏塔设计的步骤，使工程设计人员在完成设计前掌握用能目标。根据ＰＲＯ／Ⅱ软件模拟结果，对工程实例进行了分析，结果表明，应用夹点技术进行复杂精馏塔的设计可使精馏过程用能更合理。Based on the pinch point analysis, a methodology for the design of complex rectifying columns is presented. The commercial application analysis showed that the proposed methodology gave the engineers targets for design options ahead of design and made the design option more reasonable in energy consumption.
