摘 要:为提高催化裂化装置加工焦化蜡油的经济效益,石油化工科学研究院研究开发了催化裂化吸附转化加工焦化蜡油工艺(DNCC),经过实验室中小型试验研究和石家庄炼油厂900kt/a重油催化裂化装置工业应用试验,结果表明,DNCC工艺可有效地减弱焦化蜡油中碱性氮化物等毒物对裂化催化剂酸性活性中心的毒害,同时起到提升管反应急冷和吸附转化焦化蜡油的作用。该技术可提高转化率,改善产品选择性。在掺炼25%焦化蜡油时,DNCC与常规催化裂化掺炼焦化蜡油相比,(液化气+汽油+柴油)产率提高1.5个百分点以上,汽油RON提高0.3~0.7。开辟了一条加工高氮原料油的方法。Denitrified Catalytic Cracking (DNCC) technology was developed for processing more coker gatch in FCCU to increase economic effect. Through laboratory and pilot plant studies, the technology was tested in a 800 kt/a resid FCCU in Shijiazhuang Refinery. The results showed that DNCC can effectively decrease the basic nitrogen poisoning on the acid sites of cracking catalyst to convert more coker gatch, and it can also be used as a quench at an upper part of the riser. The technology can increase cracking conversion and improve the product selectivites. DNCC in comparison with conventional FCC with a feedstock contained 25% coker gatch, the yield of LPG plus gasoline plus LCO of the former was improved by more than 1.5% with a gasoline RON increment of 0.2 ̄0.7.
