高含蜡的沈北原油尿素脱蜡生产变压器油的研究

摘　　要：在实验室用高含蜡的沈北原油柴油馏分为原料，在常温常压下经异丙醇尿素脱蜡可得到凝点＜－２５℃和＜－４５℃的脱蜡油和正构烷烃＞９０％的蜡，脱蜡油经精制，除去非理想组分，闪点、粘度、酸值和电性质符合２５号和４５号变压器油国家标准的技术指标。and 45# transformer oils were produced from the distillate of highly paraffinic Shenbei crude by isopropanol/urea dewaxing. Dewaxing was operated at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, freezing points lower than -25 ℃ and -45 ℃ dewaxed oils and the wax contained more than 90% normal paraffins were obtained. The flash point, viscosity, acid number and electric property of the dewaxed oils after treating met the national standards of 25# and 45# transformer oils.
