摘　　要：在炼化工程建设中，设备的订货和安装周期最长，在安装和试运中问题最多。文中参考国外设备设计、订货及施工有关规范，结合实际介绍了设备设计控制的规范代号，设计控制条件，设计审查等基本程序。阐述了设备供应中设备制造、设计质量的责任，合同的有关要求，制造中的修改，包装运输的特殊要求，备品备件等内容。同时也阐明了设备监造的权力，现场监督、验收及设备包装运输，资料提供，施工安装，单机试运，联动试车等方法。对提高工程管理水平，加快工程进度，保证工程质量及节约投资具有一定的实用价值。This paper introduces design control conditions,design examination and equipment installation etc.Referring to the relevant foreign standards and combining with the reality of our country, the article expounds the general requirements for signing contracts and the special requirements for equipment modification during manufacturing and package and transportation. These requirements are of practical significance for guarranteeing engineering quality and redcucing investment.
