摘 要:大庆外围低渗透油田由于油井产液量低和原油品质差,造成开采成本非常高。如能通过采用投加少量降凝剂的方法来大幅度降低油井采出液的凝点,实现常温集油,则可大大简化现有集油流程,使得这些低渗透油田的开采成本得到显著降低。为此研制了一种适用于大庆外围低渗透油田的乳液型防蜡降凝剂DODP—2,生产中将其稀释后注入到油井油套环形空间,能起到防蜡和降凝作用。室内试验数据表明,每吨油中加入DODP—2(活性物含量20%质量)250g,可降低油井采出液凝点15℃,防蜡率可达52.8%。A unique emulsion type wax crysta1 modifier for low permeability remote wells in Daqing Oilfield, namely DODP-2, was developed recently. The in-lah preparation procedures, as well as the laboratory evaluation results are given in this paper. In field application, DODP-2 can be injected in batch into the annular space between the tube and the casing of the well, diluted with water in advance. Then wax inhibiting effects, as well as .pour point depressing effects will be obtained. The laboratory data showed that with a dosage of 25og DODP - 2 product(active content 20%wt. ) per metric tonne of prod ucd crude oil, the pour point of the produced liquid can he lowered by 15 T, and awax inhibiting rate of 52. 8% can be obtained as well.
