摘 要:详细考察了溶剂、测量波长、样品浓度等影响分光光度法测定沥青质含量的重要因素.发现以正庚烷为溶剂,沥青质含量与溶液吸光度有良好线性关系,但对以甲苯为溶剂则同一波长吸光度与沥青质含量的线性关系斜率与复配油中沥青质和正庚烷可溶物的比例有关,从溶剂化角度对此现象予以解释,探讨了分光光度法测定的适宜浓度和波长范围,并对沥青质的分散状态进行了讨论.The effects of solvents, wavelength, concentration of solution, etc. on the determination of asphaltine content by spectrophotometric method are examined. It is found that a good linear relationship exists between the light absorption of mixed oil and its asphaltine content when n-heptane is used as solvent. But there is no such linear relationship when toluene is used as solvent. This phenomenon can be explained from the viewpoint of solvation interaction. The proper ranges of the concentration of solutions and wavelength are determined. And the dispersion effect of asphaltine in crude oil and solutions are discussed.
