摘　　要：ME450+450双门轮轨式提梁机是根据哈大铁路客运专线施工梁场的具体情况设计制造的高速铁路施工设备。提梁机采用双门轮轨式结构,运梁车可在纵、横两个方向上从提梁机下穿行,能满足不同长度运梁车的装车需求。提梁机还可实现自预定转向位置完成90°转向后在纵、横向轨道上的走行,能够提升、搬运预制梁场所有梁体。介绍提梁机的基本结构、工作原理、性能特点和关键技术等。Model ME450+450 wheel-track type beam hoister is a kind of express railway construction equipment designed and manufactured according to the concrete conditions in beams construction yard of Ha-Da passenger line.The beam hoister adopts dual-portals and wheel-track structure so that the beam carrier can pass under the beam hoister in both longitudinal and transverse directions so that loading requirements of beam carriers with different lengths can be met.The beam hoister can realize preset 90° steering and then travel on longitudinal or transverse tracks,it can hoist and carry all kinds of beams on the beam prefabrication yard.Basic structure,work principle,performance characteristics and key technologies are all described in the article.
