摘　　要：介绍高速铁路无砟轨道板铺设施工过程中,用于在桥上吊取水泥砂浆等施工材料的随车吊的设计方案及其应用情况。SQ12A3Q型随车吊采用模块化设计,组装、变跨简单快捷,利于以后的升级改造。作业时,随车吊紧随在轨道板门式起重机之后,将位于桥下砂浆搅拌车中的水泥砂浆吊运至桥上用于灌注。随车吊的使用,大大地方便了施工,加快了施工进度,减轻了人工作业强度。该车已成功应用于京津城际高速铁路客运专线和沪宁客运专线的施工中。What described in the article are design scheme and application situation of truck mounted crane used to hoist cement mortar or other construction materials on a bridge during ballast-free rail slabs paving for express railways.Modular design is adopted for model SQ12A3Q truck mounted crane so its assembly and line-crossing are simple and rapid,which will benefit future updating and improving.During the operation,the truck mounted crane closely follows a portal crane of rail slabs to hoist the cement mortar in a mixing truck under the bridge onto the bridge for pouring.The application of truck mounted crane greatly facilitates the construction,speeds up the construction schedule and reduces labors strength.Now the vehicle has been successfully applied to the constructions of Beijing-Tianjin intercity express railway passenger line and Shanghai-Nanjing passenger line.
