平地机导板再制造的耐磨合金堆焊技术

摘  要:平地机导板工作时产生滑动磨损与磨粒磨损。在平地机的一个大修期内,导板单面厚度方向的磨损量可达2.0mm左右。导板磨损后直接影响工作装置的正常工作。介绍导板的耐磨合金堆焊工艺。采用表面工程技术中的耐磨合金堆焊工艺,通过合理使用堆焊材料并采取焊前预热、焊后缓冷等严格的工艺措施,不仅使磨损失效的导板恢复了尺寸,还提高了耐磨性,而耐磨合金堆焊导板的成本仅为新件的30%左右。与整体40Cr调质件相比,耐磨合金堆焊导板的性价比可提高3倍左右。Sliding wear and particle wear occur during guide plate operation of a grader.During an overhaul period of a grader,wear on one side thickness of the guide plate may reach 2.0 mm approximately and the worn plate will directly influence the normal operation of moldboard.Build-up welding process of wear resistance alloy for the plate repair is described.Build-up welding process of wear resistance alloy in surface engineering technology is adopted.Through rational application of build-up material and adopting strict process measures such as preheating before welding and gradually cooling after welding,not only are the dimensions of the worn plate recovered but also the wear resistance is increased while the cost of a build-up welding guide plate with wear resistance alloy is only-thirty percent of a new piece.Compared with a complete 40Cr piece treated through hardening and tempering,cost to performance ratio of the build-up welding guide plate with wear resistance alloy is raised by about three times.
