摘　　要：分析了网络计费系统，设计了一个具体的模型及其实现策略；该计费系统具有计费管理、数据采集、查询统计、流量分析和报表生成等功能，其数据处理部分和数据采集部分相对独立；详细分析了实现计费的关键问题数据的采集，并给出了基于ＳＮＭＰ（简单网络管理协议）的具体实现方法；该系统应用ＣＧＩ技术实现了计费查询功能。To analyse network accounting system, design a model and propose a implement policy. The functions of the system contain account managing,data collecting,searching,counting and,volume analysing. Data collecting and data processing are independent. The key point of the system is discussed in detail and provided with a solution based on SNMP(Simple Network Manager Protocol) protocol; CGI is applied to accomplish fee searching function and prevent IP address from being stolen.
