摘  要:目的研究单纯型肾病综合征患儿的红细胞浆还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)的变化。方法动态检测26例单纯型肾病综合征患儿(包括活动期和缓解期)红细胞浆GSH和T—AOC的含量。结果单纯型肾病综合征患儿红细胞浆的GSH和T—AOC存在动态变化,缓解期GSH和总抗氧化能力明显要高于疾病活动期(包括初发和复发)的水平(P〈0.01),GSH与总抗氧化能力呈正相关(r=0.87,P〈0.01)。在缓解期,频繁复发组平均GSH和T—AOC水平要低于非频繁复发组(P〈0.01)。结论小儿单纯型肾病综合征患儿在疾病不同时期存在GSH和T—AOC水平变化,能有效提高细胞谷胱甘肽水平进而改善总抗氧化能力,有利于减少复发。Objective To investigate the change of reduced glutathione (GSH)and total antioxidative capacity (T - AOC)in child nephrotic syndrome. Methods Twenty - six cases of nephrotie syndrome were studied about 1 year. The dynamic changes in red blood cell of GSH and T - AOC were observed in active stage and remission. Results GSH and T - AOC levels in active stage were significantly decreased compared with the levels in remission ( P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of GSH and T - AOC had rectilinear correlation( r =0.87, P 〈0.01 ). The group who had frequently relapse mani- fest lower levels of GSH and T - AOC vs. controls group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions There are dynamic changes of GSH and T - AOC levels in different stage of child nephrotie syndrome. Effective to elevate the level of GSH and then T - AOC may be beneficial reduce relapse.
