摘  要:应用均匀设计法研究了3种龙胆全株的乙醇浸提液对大豆蚜虫的触杀作用。24h的触杀结果表明龙胆和东北龙胆乙醇浸提液均对大豆蚜虫具有较高的触杀作用。由回归贡献率可知:东北龙胆乙醇浸提液对大豆蚜虫的触杀活性远远大于龙胆,触杀率达89.0%,致死中浓度(LC50值)为4.8937mg/L;48、72h的触杀结果表明仅东北龙胆乙醇浸提液对大豆蚜虫具有触杀作用,触杀率分别为90.0%和92.0%,致死中浓度(LC50值)分别为3.7746、3.4881mg/L。高山龙胆乙醇浸提液对大豆蚜虫的触杀作用不显著。The contact action of ethanol extract from the herb of three Gentiana against Aphis glycines were tested using uniform design. Contact toxicity of 24 h results showed that the ethanol extract of Gentiana scabra Bunge and Gentiana manshurica Kitag. had high contacting activity, the ethanol extract of Gentiana manshurica Kitag. was much larger than G. scabra by the contribution rate of regression, the rate of contacting was 89.0% with 4.893 7 mg/L of 24 h LC50; the ethanol extract of G. manshurica had only contacting activity within 48 and 72 h, the rate of contacting was respectively 90.0 and 92.0%, the 48 and 72 h LC50of death was respectively 3.7746 and 3.4881 mg/L. The ethanol extract of G. algida had indidtinctively contacting activity.
