摘　　要：简述了清江流域水电梯级的情况,着重论述清江流域电力生产管理模式的沿革。管理模式的主要特点是:生产与管理职能的分离;水库调度与电力调度联合;流域电力生产实行集约化管理;流域电厂逐步由管理实体向生产实体转变。并对今后的发展提出了若干构想。A brief description about Qingjiang cascade hydropower stations is given, and the evolution of management patterns concerning electricity production in Qingjiang cascade hydropower stations is described as focus. The main points are ： the separation of production function from management function, the combination of reservoirs regulation with electric power dispatching, the intensive management of electricity production, the transformation of the cascade hydropower stations from manager substances to producer substances. Finally, the conception concerning the management of Qingjiang cascade hydropower stations hereafter is proposed.
