摘　　要：在STAR-90仿真支撑平台基础上,研制包括风能、风力发电机组、风电场电网在内的风力发电场全仿真系统。以兆瓦级变速恒频风电机组为主要仿真对象,开发基于STAR-90的仿真算法库,构建典型风电场仿真模型,开发风电场监控系统仿真软件及工具软件。在STAR-90强大支撑下,可以完成风电机组设备仿真算法研究、控制系统研究及仿真模型验证等任务,也可作为风电机组及风电场教学及培训的仿真平台。系统主要部分已研制完成,达到实用水平。Using the STAR-90 Simulation Support Platform to research and develop wind power farm simulation system including wind energy, wind power generator and grid of wind farm. Variable-speed constant-frequency （VSCF） generator with MW capacity was selected as the simulation object to develop simulation algorithms library based on STAR-90, configure the typical simulation model of wind power farm, and design supervisor and control system software and auxiliary software. Under the strong support of STAR-90, this system can accomplish applied function such as simulation algorithms research of wind power equipment, validation of wind power control system and simulation model, operation training of wind power generator and wind farm. The main function of system has been completed and can be applied.
