摘　　要：考察了蒙古国的SALKHITUUL风电场项目,介绍了蒙古国的能源结构、电网情况、工程建设法律、能源管理制度及SALKHIT UUL风电场的工程情况。This paper described the energy resource structure, power system, engineering construction law, system of energy management and project situation of SALKHIT UUL wind power station project, which was based on investigating the SALKHIT UUL wind power station project in Mongolia. Mongolia is China＇s friendly neighbor, where the wind energy resource is also rich and there is a great potential for development of energy market. Our aim is that these analyses and description will give us a better understanding of the development of energy and the environment of engineering construction in Mongolia.
