摘　　要：甲状旁腺功能减退症可对患者生活质量造成严重影响,目前临床上仍主要依靠钙剂和维生素D对症治疗,存在不少问题。如何有效地为机体提供所需的甲状旁腺激素,使患者获得稳定的长效治疗,是当前甲状旁腺功能减退症治疗的研究目标。本文试图从甲状旁腺激素替代治疗、外科移植治疗和基因治疗等几个方面综合介绍甲状旁腺功能减退症治疗相关研究的进展,为进一步探寻更好的治疗方法提供参考。Hypoparathyroidism, which is still not completely solved by current therapeutic methods, can ＇cause serious impact on the life quality of patients. At present,treatment in clinic mainly rely on calcium and vitamin D, however, there are still many problems with current symptomatic treatment. How to supply the patients with parathyroid hormone efficiently and how to give them a long-term therapy stably, are the object of current researches. This review is trying to introduce the progress in parathyroid hormone replacement therapy, transplantation and gene therapy, and help to find a better way of treatment.
