摘　　要：通过工程实例分析了我国小型水库防洪能力低的原因及提高病险水库防洪能力的措施。Citing a number of engineering cases for instances to analyze why the flood control functions of the domestic reservoirs lower than the design capacity,and the measures for enhancing the flood control functions of the diseased small reservoirs are suggested.
