摘 要:目的:回顾性分析我院近年来发生的输血反应。方法:对2006年1月—2009年9月期间输注各种血液成分的住院病例进行调查。结果:该期间共有41545人次的住院患者输注了111462U的各种血液成分,主要是去白红细胞悬液、新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀;观察到283例发生了输血反应,反应发生率为0.25%,其中非溶血性发热性输血反应和过敏性输血反应占98.59%;不同的血液成分中,输注去白红细胞悬液、新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀的输血反应发生率分别为0.16%、0.42%和0.30%。结论:急性输血反应主要是非溶血性发热性输血反应和过敏性输血反应,以输注新鲜冰冻血浆的反应发生率最高。Objective:To retrospectively study transfusion reactions in our hospital in recent years. Method: All transfusion data of hospitalized patients who transfused various blood components were analyzed from January 2006 to September 2009. Result:There were 41545 times transfusion with 111462 units various blood components, mainly leukocyte-depleted red blood cells(RBCs), fresh frozen plasma (FFP) and cryoprecipitate (cryo). 283 patients had transfusion reactions with the incidence rare of 0.25%, and febrile nonhemolytic transfusion reaction (FNHTR) and allergic transfusion reaction(ATR) accounted for 98.63 %. Of all blood components, the incidence rates of acute transfusion reaction in RBCs, FFP and Cryo were 0. 16%, 0.42% and 0.30%, respectively. Conclusion: Acute transfusion reactions were primarily FNHTR and ATR. The highest incidence rate was in FFP transfusion.
