摘  要:为探讨焦炉逸散物对作业工人脂质过氧化水平的影响,选择作业工人298名,按工龄分为三组,不接触有害物质的作业工人280名为对照组.对血清SOD活性和MDA含量进行测定。结果显示,与对照组相比,焦化组血清SOD活性轻度增高,但无显著性差异,可能因接触焦炉逸散物者体内自由基增多。而MDA含量均有下降,暴露工龄>20年组与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),推测可能是机体清除自由基的其他酶活性增高,或MDA与核酸上的游离氨基酸发生共价交联,使游离雨二醇含量减少所致。In order to study the effect of lipid peroxides leve1 in workers exp0sed to coke oven emission (COE), the activity of serum superoxide dismutase and the amounts of malondialdehyde in 298 workers were measured, the samples were divided into three groups according to their working age,with the unexposed workers as the control group. The results showed that the serum SOD activity of the exposed group increased slightly compared with the control group (P<0. 05),and the amount of MDA decreased. Only the group that their length of exposure >20 years was significantly lower than that 0f the contr0I (P<O. 01 ). It suggested that the free radical increased in exposed workers,and other enzymes which could eliminate free radicals and / or MDA and combine with the free amino acid in nucleic acid,resulted in the free amounts of MDA decrease.
