摘  要:目的研究重组鸡痘病毒对妊娠母猪及新生仔猪的安全性。方法重组鸡痘病毒以普通剂量和大剂量免疫妊娠母猪及仔猪,通过临床观察和病理组织学检查,评价重组鸡痘病毒对母猪的毒性以及对仔猪生长的影响,PCR检测仔猪病毒DNA残留。结果观察期间,实验组动物精神状态、饮水、采食、体温等均正常,未出现明显不良反应,大剂量免疫对妊娠母猪及仔猪无危害,妊娠母猪未发生早产、流产、死胎、弱胎,仔猪体内未检测到病毒DNA。结论构建的重组鸡痘病毒生物安全性好,妊娠母猪及仔猪接种后无不良反应。Objective To assess the bio-safety of the recombinant fowlpox virus in pregnant sows and newborn piglets. Methods The effect of a normal dose and large dose of recombinant fowlpox virus on pregnant sows and newborn piglets was assessed by clinical observation, histology, and PCR. Results During the study, the mental status, hydroposia, and foraging behaviors of the swine were normal. No detectable pathological changes were noted in the organs of inoculated swine. In addition, a large dose caused no harm to pregnant sows and newborn piglets. No viral nucleic acids were detected from organs of newborns. Pregnant sows had no premature labor, abortions, stillbirths, or weak-born piglets. Conclusion Recombinant fowlpox virus was safe and did not harm pregnant sows or newborn piglets.
