Effects of T 2 Toxin and Selenium on Metabolism of Rib Cartilaginous Matrix in Chinese Experimental Minipigs

摘  要:采用低硒饲料、含T-2毒素的低硒饲料和含T-2毒素的补硒饲料喂养小型猪,通过测定小型猪软骨氨基多糖组分和胶原含量,观察低硒和T-2毒素对小型猪软骨氨基多糖和胶原代谢的影响。结果表明,在本实验条件下,T-2毒素可影响软骨氨基多糖的代谢,单纯低硒喂养与软骨氨基多糖代谢无明显关系,但补硒能一定程度的拮抗T-2毒素对软骨氨基多糖代谢的毒性影响。In this trial, 4 groups of Chinese experimental minipigs were fed with defferent feed: 1 conventional feed (containing Se 175ng/kg·feed); 2 Se deficient feed (containing Se 35ng/kg·feed); 3 Se deficient feed added T 2 toxin (containing Se 35ng/kg·feed and T 2 toxin 1 5mg/kg·feed); 4 Se deficient feed added T 2 toxin and supplemented Se (containing Se 200ng/kg·feed and T 2 toxin 1 5mg/kg·feed). Effects of T 2 toxin and selenium on cartilaginous glycosaminoglycan (GAG) and collagen metabolism were observed by determining the contents of cartilaginous GAG components including hexosamine, uronic acid and sulfate, as well as contents of cartilaginous collagen in Chinese experimental minipigs. Results showed that T 2 toxin can interfere with the normal GAG metabolism of cartilage. There was no significant relationship between the simple Se deficient feeding and cartilaginous GAG metabolism. Supplementing Na 2Seo 3, with adding T 2 toxin, into Se deficient feed, Na 2Seo 3 may antagonize the toxic effect of T 2 toxin on cartilaginous GAG metabolism to a certain extent. However, both Se deficient feed and Se deficient feed added T 2 toxin had no significant effect on the cartilaginous collagen in Chinese experimental minipigs.
