摘 要:探讨西非棉纺纱生产中缠绕机件的原因。测试了西非棉、美棉及国产棉的含糖率、摩擦因数及短纤维含量,并进行了比较与研究。结果表明:西非棉与国产棉和美棉相比含糖高、细度较细、摩擦因数较大、短绒含量较高是生产当中出现黏缠现象的主要原因。可通过适当混入部分国产棉,合理控制温湿度,使用氯化处理过的胶辊和胶圈,加强罗拉的清洁工作等以防止黏缠现象,使生产顺利进行。Causes of West African cotton winding machine parts in spinning were discussed. Sugar eontent,frictional coefficient and short fibre content of West African cotton, American cotton and domestic cotton were tested and contrasted. The result shows that main reason of West African cotton winding in production is higher sugar content, finer fineness and larger frictional coefficient comparing to domestic cotton and American cotton. Production could be carried out successfully through blending domestic cotton partially,controlling temperature and humidity rationally,using rubbercovered roll and apron which were treated by chlorination, strengthening roller cleaning et al to prevent licking and winding phenomena.
