摘 要:为提高短纤涤纶纱强力,采用了不同细度的涤纶纤维混纺,改变纱线内外层纤维分布结构提高成纱强力的方法。对3种细度涤纶形成的6种混纺比方案进行了纺纱试验。结果提高了成纱强力,降低了生产成本。试验表明:两种涤纶纤维细度差异较大时,纤维的内外转移分布趋势比较明显,有利于纱线获得较高的强力。两种涤纶纤维混纺时,细特涤纶比例在20%时可获得较高的成纱强力。To increase industrial polyester yarn strength, different fineness polyester fibre was blended and spun. Fibre distribution in yarn was changed to increase yarn strength. Six kinds of blending ratio formed by three kinds of fineness polyester were tested and spun. Finally yarn strength could be increased and production cost could be reduced. The test shows when fineness difference of two kinds of polyester is larger, transfer trend of fibre inner and outer layer wilt be obvious, yarn strength is higher. Yarn strength is higher when two kinds of fibre is blended and spun and fine polyester content is 20%.
