摘　　要：探讨应用Sirofil纺纱技术开发中空纱的技术要点。利用水溶性维纶纤维可以融于热水的特性,对环锭细纱机进行改造,用Sirofil纺纱方法纺制出了中空纱。指出开发中空纱,细纱机改造是重点,挡车工正确操作是关键,优选工艺参数是保证,同时还要优选纺纱专件和加强生产管理,以确保成纱质量和提高生产效率,并要正确制定中空纱退维的有关工艺,以满足产品风格特点的需要。Technology key points of producing Sirofil hollow yarn were discussed. Because water-soluble fibre could melt in hot water,ring spinning frame was modified,hollow yarn was spun by Sirofil method. It is pointed out that the key points are modification of spinning frame and correct operation, the insurance is parameter optimization, spinning device should be optimized and production management should be strengthened to ensure finish yarn quality and improve production efficiency. Vinylon-solution parameter of hollow yarn should be made correctly to reach product style needs.
