摘  要:除鳞参数的选择在很大程度上影响着除鳞效果,为了提高不锈带钢磨料水射流除鳞效果,在简述磨料水射流的除鳞机理和主要工艺参数的基础上,通过实验研究了不锈带钢磨料水射流除鳞系统参数与除鳞效果之间的关系,在尽量保证外部条件不变的情况下,采用参数依次寻优的方法进行实验,并应用图像处理技术和最小二乘法对实验结果进行处理分析,找出了不锈带钢磨料水射流最佳除鳞参数组合,包括系统压力、流量、带钢移动速度、靶距及磨料浓度。基于最优参数的除鳞系统既可以提高除鳞效果,改善产品质量和结构,也可以降低生产成本。The selection of parameters, to a large extent, affects the scaling effect, in order to improve descaling effect of stainless strip, the relationship between descaling parameters and effects of stainless strip abrasive water jet system was studied by experimental method based on describing of descaling mechanism and main process parameters. On the basis of outside conditions unchanged, through parameter optimization in sequence, finally the optimal parameter combination including system pressure, flow, moving velocity of the stainless strip, target distance and density was obtained by using image processing method and least square method to analyze and process the experimental data. The abrasive water jet descaling system based on the optimal parameter combination does not only improve the descaling effect, quality and structure of strip but also cut down the operation cost.
