高速公路隔离栅热浸镀锌和锌铝合金镀层的对比分析

摘　　要：高速公路隔离栅的所有构件均需进行防腐处理,防腐处理方法主要有热浸镀锌、热浸镀铝、锌铝合金、浸塑、静电喷涂,而在金属镀层中,热浸镀锌和锌铝合金应用较为广泛。对各种防腐处理方法在高速公路隔离栅上的应用情况进行了简要说明,着重介绍了热浸镀锌的应用情况、出现的问题和解决方法,并对热浸镀锌层与锌铝合金镀层的防腐性能试验结果进行了对比分析,从晶体结构和腐蚀电位两方面着手探讨了这2种金属镀层防腐性能存在差异的原因。All the components of highway fence is be required to be anti-corrosion treatmented, including hot dip galvanized, hot dip aluminum, Zn-Al alloy, soaked in plastics, electrostatic powder spraying coatings. Zinc coat and Zn-Al alloy coat are adopted abroad. In this article give a description of the various anti-corrosion treatment of the application of the highway fence. Focused = on the application,problems and solutions of hot dip galvanized, and analyzed the comparison of hot dip galvanized and Zn-Al alloy coat with anti-corrosion test results, explore two kinds of metal coating corrosion resistance reasons for the differences from the crystal structure and the corrosion potential of both.
