摘 要:通过活性炭的静态吸附实验,研究溶液中砷的去除率与溶液初始pH值、溶液浓度、反应温度和时间、以及溶液中其他共存离子的关系,以确定活性炭吸附去除砷的最佳工艺条件。研究表明,质量浓度为10 mg/L的含砷溶液,在25℃,溶液初始pH值为4.5,反应300 min时,砷的去除率达最大值98.6%;若溶液中同时含有Cr(Ⅵ)离子,可提高活性炭对砷的吸附去除率至99%以上。由此可见,活性炭吸附法处理含砷废水的去除率较高,处理后砷含量能够达到国家规定的排放标准。This paper conducts research on the treatment for wastewater containing arsenic by activated carbon adsorption experiments in batch systems,to study the relation of the removal rate of arsenic in the solution to the initial pH value of the solution,concentration of the arsenic,temperature,absorption time,and other ions in the solution,and determine the optimal technological conditions arsenic removal rate by activated carbon.The research shows: to the arsenic solution with concentration 10 mg/L,the removal rate of arsenic can reach highly to 98.6% in 300 mins under conditions of initial pH 4.5 and temperature 25 ℃;The removal rate can reach above 99% when it contains Cr(Ⅵ) in the solution.Therefore the treatment for wastewater containing arsenic by activated carbon adsorption has a high removal rate and arsenic content in the disposal solution can reach the discharge standards of the country.
