摘　　要：由除尘控制系统根据电炉炼钢工艺各阶段不同的烟气量,实施由调速型液力耦合器构成的除尘风机变转速变风量调节,实现除尘风机电动机的节能应用。介绍了除尘风机变转速变风量调节的控制系统构成和其节能的工程应用。The article introduces fan-motor energy saving application in a dust cleaning system,in which the fan is regulated by variable rotating speed according to the flue gas volume in the electric furnace s steel-making process.This paper describes the forming of the system and its application.
