早期液体复苏、肠道去污联合肠内营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎的护理

摘　　要：目的早期液体复苏、肠道去污联合肠内营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效观察。方法2007年1月～2008年12月我科收治重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者56例,发病12小时内给予液体复苏,24小时给予中药大黄胃管内注入或口服或保留灌肠连续5天,4～7天起给予鼻肠管肠内营养,余遵医嘱予禁食、胃肠减压、纠正水电解质紊乱、维持酸碱平衡、抑酸、抑酶、抗感染等综合治疗。结果做好早期液体复苏、肠道去污联合肠内营养三方面的治疗和护理能够有效的降低SAP感染率、死亡率。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of early fluid infusion,traditional medicine decontamination of the digestive tract combined with enteral nutrition on severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）.Methods 56 SAP patients admitted from January 2007 to December 2008 received early fluid infusion in 12h,traditional medicine decontamination of the digestive tract in 24h combined with enteral nutrition 4-7d after admission,at the same time they were received starvation,gastric decompression,antacid,amylase inhibition,anti-infection,symptomatic and supportive therapies.Results It is a feasible methods to decrease the infection rate and death rate of therapy and nursing that include early fluid infusion,traditional medicine decontamination of the digestive tract and enteral mutrtion on severe acte pancreatitis.
