大学生科技创新能力培养的有效途径探究

摘　　要：论述了创新能力培养在教育中的地位与作用,提出了大学生科技创新能力培养的有效途径,即采取实践教学环节改革,营造良好的人才成长和创新环境,加强产学研合作,构建创新能力培养平台等,加强对学生创新意识和能力的培养,为夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利提供强大的智力支持和人才支撑。The status and role of education in innovation capability cultivation are expounded. The effective ways of cultivating the college students＇ scientific and technological innovation capability are pointed out： taking practice of teaching reform, creating a favorable environment for growth and innovation talent, enhancing the cooperation of study and research, constructing the platform of innovation capability cultivation and strengthening the cultivation of innovation conscious and ability to provide powerful intelligent and talent support of winning new victories in building a moderately prosperous society.
